The Region II STEMI Point of Entry Plan includes a flow chart to determine the destination for you patient experiencing ST elevations.

Transporting your patient to the facility that can provide definitive care is the goal of these additional point of entry plans referred to as "need-based." When in question, contact medical control for direction.

The Region II Stroke (CVA) Point of Entry Plan is a flowchart to aid providers in their destination for stroke patients. Remember to hail CMED and request a Stroke Alert should be requested for any potential stroke patient with a LKW time of <24 hours.
