Final Ambulance Equipment Lists

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health, Office of Emergency Medical Services (Department), is issuing the updated Administrative Requirements (ARs) 5-401 BLS Equipment List, 5-402 ALS Equipment List, and 5-399 EFR-BLS Equipment List.  The updates to the ARs reflect current practices and conform to the 2026 STPs. These take effect June 1, 2026.
