MOLST to POLST Transition

You may have seen emails or other scuttle around the transition from MOLST to  POLST (Provider Orders for Life-Sustaining Treatment), which is a nationwide portable medical order that tells emergency workers and doctors what medical treatments a patient wants during a serious health emergency. Services can register for introductory information sessions below.
